WE LOVE BREAD. 🥖 We love making it, serving it, eating it! 💛 It’s something so simple yet so deeply meaningful to us and many folks the world over.

Here’s a bit of what it means to us ::

• TRADITION: Being a part of the long history of bread making. With a connection to the ancient living practice of wild fermentation. Having a craft, practicing daily knowledge that has been passed down for thousands of years and across civilizations.

• COMMUNITY: To be a part of folks breaking bread together, sharing meals and conversations. Talking with our neighbors everyday, knowing them and being a part of each other’s local ecosystem, caring for and supporting one another.

• NOURISHMENT: Our daily bread, a staple of sustenance. To eat real food, to feel satiated. With simple recipes and wholesome ingredients, highlight the flavor of quality grains and seeds and their potential to nourish us in a deep way.
