New Baking Workshop – Sunday May 6th (10am-2pm)
The last workshop went so well that I thought I’d offer another one right away.
Are you curious about baking bread at home? Or already baking and want to strengthen your understanding of naturally leavened bread?
Experience a day of baking at Gusto Bread (cottage bakery) with baker Arturo Enciso. In this workshop we will make our staples: our country loaf using freshly milled flour, as well as seasonal fresh fruit galettes.
Walk away with a freshly baked loaf of country bread, 2 fruit galettes, a recipe booklet, and the hands-on knowledge of how to bake what’s taught at home! Great for beginners and experienced bread-makers alike.
Class is from 10am-2pm. Please bring a pen or pencil for writing notes in your recipe booklet.
*Lunch will be provided. We will have a spread for building your own sandwich with our fresh bread made in class and a salad with local produce. Please let us know if you are vegetarian or have any other dietary restrictions by emailing us at: hello@gustobread.com
