Yesterday I held the first workshop here at our humble little home/bakery, and it went really well! we mixed and baked some country loaves, pear galettes and I squeezed in some baguettes (for our lunch sandwiches). If you’re interested in attending one in the future, I’m planning on scheduling the next workshop for sometime in May — Stay tuned for news on that when it’s posted!
I got a new shipment of organic Spelt berries last week which will be freshly milled and added to the country loaves and baguettes this week (and every other week!)
