Having a craft, practicing daily knowledge that has been passed down for thousands of years and across civilizations. • COMMUNITY: To be a part of folks breaking bread together, sharing meals and conversations. Talking with our neighbors everyday, knowing them and being a part of each other’s local ecosystem, caring for and supporting one another. • NOURISHMENT: Our daily bread, a staple of sustenance. To eat real food, to feel satiated. With simple recipes and wholesome ingredients, highlight the flavor of quality grains and seeds and their potential to nourish us in a deep way.
